How can organisations continuously align employee competences with business strategy and turn the challenge into a competitive advantage?

As a result of an increasingly complex and volatile business environment, the focus on strict strategy execution is now everywhere, all the time. Being able to upgrade, develop and even buy the necessary skills and competences in order to cope with the business challenges is more and more becoming a strategic business competence in its own right. However, many challenges remain:

  • How to translate your strategy into a practical set of manageable competences? 
  • How to identify your competence gap and what to do about it? 
  • How to identify your skill and competence differentiators and how to reinforce them?

Practical Information

This session will take place on Tuesday October 19th, 2010 at the SALONS DE ROMREE, Beiaardlaan 31, 1850 Grimbergen.

The afternoon session starts at 4.30 pm (participants are welcome from 4.00 pm onwards) and ends at 6.30 pm after which everyone is invited to join us for a networking cocktail with drinks and sandwiches.
