Development Center

A development centre is an interactive process between a consultant and a participant, whereby those competencies, strengths and development points are mapped, which are required to successfully fulfil a (future) function/role. 

The participant acquires insight into his/her possibilities, and gets the opportunity to proceed with his/her development. On the bases of concrete and target-oriented feedback, GITP stimulates and strengthens the involvement of the participant in the development process.
