Coaching
GITP offers individual coaching for employees or executives, who want to gain a greater insight into their person, their behaviour or their underlying motives.
Coaching consists of providing counsel and support to individuals or teams, with the objective of helping them to make progress in the direction of more authentic and efficient behaviour, and in the development of qualities and skills. The participant gets to know the traps and hindrances in his personality, but also his qualities and talents, during an intensive counselling procedure.
Coaching is a practical form of learning. The focus is not on the knowledge that someone has acquired, but rather the insight into how it can be used in the best manner and at the right moment.
The employee must be stimulated in taking up his own responsibility. At the same time, the emphasis lies on the process of learning. The pleasant but challenging relationship with the GITP coach is a strong working instrument. They jointly start with a concrete personal development and action plan, which has been approved by the organisation. This plan is the guideline throughout the entire process. Coaching itself focuses on the specific and personal situation of the employee being coached.
