Career counsellingGITP provides career counselling and support for employees leaving their company or organisation, whether voluntarily or not. In this crucial change phase of their career, employees frequently have the need to map out their capacities, skills, ambitions, motivations and interests, including the possibility of transferring these to a new working situation and/or surroundings. 

The career counselling process is given form through the "career circle model". The career circle illustrates the process of career orientation on the basis of concrete steps, which help in strengthening the self-assurance of the participants in their future career planning. 

In the process of career orientation, we differentiate the following steps:
